Q: Why PayPal?
A: The reason we use PayPal is because we have established a
trust and long term usage with PayPal. We have been a PayPal member
since 2002. PayPal is a name and service you can trust. PayPal is
accepted at 190 countries. Also, with
PayPal, no personal financial information is ever given to us. All
information is kept at PayPal and never revealed to us. PayPal
is well established to be safe, fast, and easy to use. They accept
all major credit cards, including debit cards, and transfers from
bank accounts. Without keeping records of personal financial
information on our side, it keeps our maintenance cost low and we
pass the savings on to you!
Q: Why do none of your flash carts come with a
software CD?
A: There is no need to ship a software CD because it contains old
and outdated software. Installing old system
software may render newer ROMs unplayable. Because of this,
most manufactures have stopped supplying them. You should always
download the latest software from the manufactures website. We have
direct links to the files in our Files
page. Their
web address are usually on the box front, on the back of the box, or
on the slot-1 cart itself.
Q: Why are your prices a lot lower then most others? Are you selling
fakes?
A: We certainly DO NOT sell fakes. Our prices are low because our
overhead is low. Our site is maintained by us, not by a 3rd party.
We purchase in bulk so we get better prices. We use PayPal as our
shopping cart and checkout so we don't have to pay extra to maintain
a external shopping cart and pay extra for accepting credit cards.
We do not maintain a customer financial database and we do not send
spam mail to our customers. This is how we keep our prices low.
Q: Why do you offer so little items? Can we buy something that
you don't have listed?
A: We believe in quality over quantity. We hand pick the
items for sale based on experience. Our venders offer a variety of
items for sale but we choose not to post them all to make our site
clutter free, easy to maintain, and bring great service to all
our customers. However, part of great customer service is
getting what the customer wants. Therefore, if you want other items
not listed that's related to video gaming use, feel free to
contact us for a quote! We can
get our hands on virtually anything game related including parts and
accessories for XBOX 360, Wii, PSP, PS2, PS3, DS and DS Lite.
Q: There are many more flash carts available
for the DS why do you not offer them?
A: We hand pick the carts for sale based on
their performance and value. We have offered flash carts in the past
with built in memory but since they cost a lot more then microSD
compatible carts (even including the price of a microSD cart the
same size), we decided not to sell them. Other factors include
software update frequency and ease of use.
Q: What is the difference between flash carts? Why do some cost
more then others?
A: While on the surface all carts seem pretty much the same, there
are factors that make some carts stand out. One factor is memory
support. Newer carts support SDHC memory cards, meaning more then
2GBs. The M3 DS Real in particular can support up to 16GB microSDHC
cards. Some carts have better software support and some support wifi
play while others don't. We have many reviews posted on the products
page and if you need further assistance on selecting a flash cart,

Q: How long will shipping take for my item(s) to arrive?

A: YES! All transactions are conducted through PayPal securely.
Our site does not need SSL because no personal information is ever given to us through
Deveno.com. When you click on the "Add to Cart" or "Shopping
Cart" buttons, your browser will open a new SSL SECURED window to
PayPal. From there on, all details given to PayPal is 100% secured.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in south-east Asia working closely with our
venders and manufactures to bring you the latest and best products
for your gaming needs.
Q: People claim things coming from Asia, especially from China,
are cheap and have poor quality. Is this true?
A: Yes and no. Within China, there are definitely things of
poor quality. But did you know all Apple ipods are made in China?
Look under your mouse, it is most likely made in China as well! Many
brand name electronics today come from China. If you just
be careful and use a bit of common sense, you will get the real deal
and not some fake copies. Follow the saying: "If it's too good to be
