Warranty, Exchange, Returns, and
Refunds
All transactions with over USD $200 will
need to be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address in the USA and Canada
or when applicable.
All returns must be approved by us before
we will accept it. Contact us via
email to receive an RMA number for all returns. Just reply to your
original order confirmation with a note describing your needs.
We warranty all our products from defect for 1 year after delivery. All
items found defective within the warranty period will be replaced or
repaired free of charge. Product must be return to us before we sent out
a replacement. Instructions on returns will be sent along with the RMA
number.
We guaranty customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfy with the item
within 7 days after delivery, simply create a RMA number by emailing us
and once we received the item, it will be inspected and tested. Once
approve, we will refund your purchase amount minus shipping.
Since all transactions are done using PayPal, all refunds will be done
through PayPal. This ensures your refund will be processed and funds
available to you quickly. If you paid by PayPal account, the funds will
go back into your PayPal account. If you paid via credit card, PayPal
will credit back your card within 3 days after the refund has been
issued.
