Shipping Schedule
Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday until 1pm Hong Kong time
and will be dropped off to
our shipper the same day. It will be posted the following day.
Orders made Friday and Saturday Hong Kong Time will be dropped off
to our shipper on Sunday and be posted the following day.
Any orders made during a holiday in Hong Kong will be dropped off to
our shipper on the day after the holiday and it will be posted the
following working day.
Tracking is only provided if you purchase tracking for just $3.
It might seem complicated at first but if you have any questions on
when your order will be shipped, feel free to
drop us a message and we'll let you know!

International shipping is based on weight. The postal service
charges by the gram but you will find that all our shipping rates
are drastically lowered, with even lower combine shipping! Shipping
cost will be shown after clicking "Proceed to checkout" and by
clicking on the blue down arrow under your items.
Transit Times
Shipping times vary from country to country. International Parcel Post Air mail
is very unpredictable. This is due to the fact that customs
inspections can hold items up to 2 weeks!
However, on average, it
takes around 5-14 business days from day of shipment. We make no
guaranty on transit times because once the
package arrives at the destination country, it is up to that
country's carrier to deliver packages in a timely manner.
Also, events such as weather, political events, national events,
etc. can effect transit times.
As of Dec 30, 2008, our customers are receiving their items in
the following business days after shipment is dropped off:
• USA - 5 to 14 business days.
• Canada - 10 to 19 business days.
• U.K. - 9 to 14 business days
• Italy and Brazil - 14 - 30 business days (very strict customs)
• France - 15 to 20 business days
• Australia - 7 to 12 business days
• Central America - 9 to 15 business days
• South America - 13 to 20 business days
• Various other nations and rural islands or locations - 10 to 30 days
The above schedules are not guarantied
and are based on our past customer's feedback and tracking
information when available. Weekends and holidays, customs, as well as other
factors can delay shipments.

Other Shipment Notes
We mark all packages as "Gift" with a value of $10-$15. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to
appear. Not all countries support tracking information but if you do
not receive your package within the normal timeframe stated above,
it is best to contact your local post office first.
Once we drop off the package, it is up to the post office to deliver
your package, not us. We will not know why it is taking so long or
where your package is since we do not have the package.
From what we know, the main reason packages gets delayed is because
of customs inspections, especially with electronic items. They will usually want
to check what it is and if they can collect taxes on it. So far,
none of our items have ever been taxed but the delay is still
there since customs have to inspect it.
