Shipping Schedule
To better serve our customers, we've teamed up
with a company based in Hong Kong for all our shipments. This
will bring more reliable and dependable shipping service to all our
valued customers across the globe. Though this change is mainly
good, there are a few side effects and that's mainly shipping dates.
Our new shipping schedule are as follows:
Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday until 1pm Hong Kong time
and will be dropped off to
our shipper the same day. It will be posted the following day.
Orders made Friday and Saturday Hong Kong Time will be dropped off
to our shipper on Sunday and be posted the following day.
Any orders made during a holiday in Hong Kong will be dropped off to
our shipper on the last day of the holiday and it will be posted the
following working day.
It might seem complicated at first but if you have any questions on
when your order will be ship, feel free to
drop us a message and we'll let you know!
Shipping Cost
Shipping via air mail to the USA is $7.99 for the first 2
items and $2.00 more for the next 2 items. For example, if you
purchase 2 items, shipping is $7.99. If you purchase 3 or 4 items,
shipping is $9.99.
Shipping outside of the USA starts at $9.99 for the first 2
items and $2.00 more for the next 2 items.
Transit Times
Shipping times vary from country to country. Parcel Post Air mail
takes around 5-15 working days from day of shipment. We make no
guaranty on transit times because once the
package arrives at the destination country, it is up to that
country's carrier to deliver packages in a timely manner.
Also, events such as weather, political events, national events,
etc. can effect transit times.
As of February 1, 2008, our customers are receiving their items in
the following business days after shipment is dropped off:
• USA and Canada - 6 to 14 business days depending on
region and day of the week.
• U.K. - 10 to 17 days
• France - 15 to 20 days
• Australia - 7 to 12 days
• Central America - 9 to 15 days
• South America - 13 to 20 days
• Various other nations - 15 to 20 days
The above schedules are not guarantied
and are based on our past customer's feedback and tracking
information when available. Weekends and holidays, customs, as well as other
factors can delay shipments.
Other Shipment Notes
We process shipments Sunday to Thursday. We do not process shipments
on weekends as the post offices will be closed. Some regular air mail parcel comes with simple tracking.
If it does, tracking information will be mailed to you once the item
has shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking information to
appear. Not all countries support tracking information but if you do
not receive your package within the normal timeframe stated above,
it is best to contact your local post office first.
Once we drop off the package, it is up to the post office to deliver
your package, not us. We will not know why it is taking so long or
where your package is since we do not have the package.
From what we know, the mail reason packages gets delayed is because
of customs. Especially with electronic items. They will usually want
to check what it is and if they can collect taxes on it. So far,
none of our items have ever been taxed but the some delay is still
there since customs have to inspect it.
Customers in US and Canada may track their packages with their local
postal carriers: USPS and
Canada Post
respectively. Depending on your country, tracking information
sometimes might get registered in your local postal's system,
sometimes not. If not, you can always check the outgoing date in the
Hong Kong
Postal website.
People who purchased EMS (Express Mail Service) can track their
packages at EMS.com.
All packages that has tracking needs to be signed in order to be delivered.
